Collaboration is a cornerstone of my work, as I contribute to a team of over 200 colleagues across multiple sites and partner with more than 60 international institutions within the LIGO-Virgo-Kagra collaboration. I excel in coordinating efforts locally, nationally, and internationally, ensuring seamless integration of experimental designs across diverse subsystems such as suspensions, electronics, adaptive optics, and interferometer sensing and control. This process requires daily communication, balancing the needs and requirements of various teams, and clearly articulating my own goals to drive cohesive and effective designs. Collaboration not only advances our projects but also fosters a shared understanding of the intricate systems we work to perfect.
